EFFECTIVE April 10, 2025: Terrapin Wetsuits will be closed for for two weeks in April for field testing.   Please DO NOT ship wetsuits for repairs or alterations between April 5 - 28, 2025.  We will respond to emails and phone messages after April 28th. Thanks for your understanding.   After April 28, you can ship items for repair or come in person with an appointment.  You can now ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx:

PLEASE NOTE: To preserve the contents of your box (wetsuit condition, any small parts, correspondence and payments, etc…) your box will NOT be opened until it is ready to be worked on. I don’t normally contact you to let you know your box arrived. It is date stamped upon arrival, and is worked on in order of arrival (first in / first out).

​If you need it returned by a certain date, please do 2 things:

1) Call to make sure I can accommodate your deadline, and

2) write “NEED BY (day) / (month)” on the OUTSIDE FRONT of the box, near the shipping label. That way, we can make every effort to get it back to you in time. If that date is less than 2 weeks from time of your shipping, please consider using either our 24 Hour RUSH or 48 Hour RUSH services, for an added cost.
